C was breech birth and suffered nerve injuries to both his arms and diaphragm. He had restricted movement in his arms and shoulders and the right half his diaphragm was paralysed making breathing difficult. C had several operations on the nerves in his arms. When C was 12 he started to get shortness of breath and tightness in his chest but medical tests showed no reason for this. We turned to James and after the first session C came out saying it was like someone had lifted a heavy rucksack off his back. He felt more relaxed and comfortable and this improved with each session. Since then he has been able to compete in his many sports controlling his breathing without using an inhaler. James has also worked on his arm and substantially freed up a tight elbow. C is visually and physically so much stronger which has boosted his confidence massively!

I had a Worlds Age Group Tennis final approaching and couldn't move my neck because of the pain. James was able to get rid of the problem and I was able to compete. He has continued to keep me in condition to play at this level. It is great to have these kind of professional skills on the doorstep.

Although the leg pain I was suffering from was thought to be muscular, after an initial assessment James encouraged me to obtain further checks. As a direct result of his examination and intervention I was duly diagnosed with Popliteal Aneurysms in both legs and am now under the care of a vascular consultant.
