Vitamin K2 has been linked with improved bone health and may be beneficial for people with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.

You can find Vitamin K2 in butter from grass fed cows, cheese and egg yolks. So support local farmers, but everything in moderation.

You still need Vitamin D and calcium-rich food sources to help the absorption of Vitamin K2, so leafy greens, nuts and seeds, and bone-in canned fish like sardines are all good.
